ZyEdge customer satisfaction rate exceeded 95% in the first half of 2010. The ZyEdge Customer Survey results reflected customer confidence, satisfaction and service. The customer feedback questionnaire was designed to accurately assess and benchmark the current ‘temperature’ of ZyEdge customers.
