ZyEdge started in 2001 to fill the void in the managed IT services provider for small-to-medium sized businesses (SMBs). While enterprise organizations could justify staffing large IT departments with many diverse technical positions, SMBs were uniquely challenged to address their sporadic IT needs on an as-needed basis and extract the most value.
Over the years, ZyEdge has grown and the average size of its clientele has also grown.
