ZyEdge received a significant response and customer satisfaction continues to exceed 95% in the second half of 2010. The ZyEdge Customer Survey results reflected strength in customer confidence, satisfaction and service. The questionnaire was designed to accurately assess and benchmark the current ‘temperature’ of ZyEdge customers and validate marketing efforts in 2010.

In fact, the results of our in-house survey results support the findings of an independently conducted customer satisfaction survey held by Open Ratings, a Dun and Bradstreet (D&B) company. They cited ZyEdge as having a 93 overall performance rating [on a scale of 1-100, with 100 being the highest rating]”, said Ben Gerenstein, ZyEdge President & CEO. “At ZyEdge, we’re constantly improving our company to provide the very best solutions and value in IT Managed Services and Projects.
